As the executive director, Erhardt Hsiao-Lin Preitauer brings to 'Ohana several years of executive-level managed care experience. In his current role, Mr. Preitauer is the senior leader of the Hawai'i-based health plan that serves the aged, blind or disabled Medicaid populations. He provides leadership and development support for the plan's operations, processes and network relationships to serve members through the state's QUEST Expanded Access program.

Dr. James Tan brings 32 years of medical experience and over 14 years of senior medical director experience to his role as the `Ohana senior medical director. In this position, Dr. Tan assumes responsibility for the performance of `Ohana's health services and pharmacy operations. He oversees all quality management, care management, health and wellness, and is responsible for network contracting strategy.

Carolyn Saiki brings over 19 years of human resources experience to her role as the `Ohana Director of Human Resources. In this position, Ms. Saiki provides human resources leadership to support and facilitate associate recruiting, retention and development. She also provides guidance and motivation to help staff achieve organizational goals.

Gregory Kono brings over 10 years of health care experience to his role as the `Ohana senior manager of regulatory affairs. In this position, Mr. Kono manages new Medicaid market initiatives and provides oversight and leadership for government relations and state regulatory affairs.

Ka'ili Honbo brings over 15 years of insurance industry experience to her role as the `Ohana Senior Sales Manager. In this position, Ms. Honbo is responsible for driving sales, marketing and business development activities in Hawai`i. She is involved in the planning and implementation of marketing strategies to secure new business and acts as an `Ohana liaison for new and existing clients as well as for service providers and corporate partners. Ms. Honbo oversees the organization's sales structure and is focused on member and provider services as well as community awareness of `Ohana product and service offerings throughout Hawai`i.

Rida Ching brings over 20 years of management experience in medical social services to her role as the `Ohana manager of service coordination. In this position, Ms. Ching assumes responsibility for coordination of member services and provides oversight and leadership for the `Ohana team assigned to help members with plan management.

"This position allows me to take all of my marketing, promotional and community organizational skills and combine them with the work of friends and organizations throughout the community to promote a better quality of life for our senior and disabled members."

As the head of Community Outreach, Anne Chipchase brings over 30 years of experience in communications and community relations to `Ohana. In her current role, Ms. Chipchase oversees marketing, promotional initiatives and community programs to promote company relations that help enhance the quality of life for the senior and disabled Medicaid population of Hawai`i.

Our philosophy is to place members and their families at the center of the health care continuum. Each of our members is matched with an 'Ohana service coordinator who works directly with our members and multi-disciplined health care team.
