As the head of Community Outreach, Anne Chipchase brings over 30 years of experience in communications and community relations to `Ohana. In her current role, Ms. Chipchase oversees marketing, promotional initiatives and community programs to promote company relations that help enhance the quality of life for the senior and disabled Medicaid population of Hawai`i.
A large portion of Ms. Chipchase's career has been spent in senior management positions for several Honolulu advertising agencies including Starr Seigle McCombs Advertising, Ogilvy & Mather/Hawai`i, and The Schiller Group Limited of Honolulu. She also has extensive community relations experience through her work with the Hawaiian Humane Society, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Honolulu and the Hawai`i chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Through work and affiliations, Ms. Chipchase has built an extensive network of community relationships throughout the state of Hawai`i.
Ms. Chipchase is a lifetime resident of Hawai`i and alumna of Punahou School of Honolulu. She received her bachelor's degree from Hawai`i Pacific University and Master of Asian Studies from the University of Hawai`i at Manoa. Ms. Chipchase is certified in Volunteer Management and serves as the president of the Volunteer Resource Center of Hawai`i. She is also the president of the Palolo Lions Club of Honolulu which serves the Palolo Valley community.
