<p>As the region president, Erhardt Hsiao-Lin Preitauer brings to 'Ohana several years of executive-level managed care experience. In his current role, Mr. Preitauer is the senior leader of the Hawai'i-based health plan that serves the aged, blind or disabled Medicaid populations. He provides leadership and development support for the plan's operations, processes and network relationships to serve members through the state's QUEST Expanded Access program.&nbsp;</p>]]>
        <![CDATA[<p>Prior to joining 'Ohana, Mr. Preitauer served as vice president, business operations, for United Retiree Solutions, where he provided leadership and strategic direction to enterprise-wide teams for successful business development and management of retiree initiatives. Previously, Mr. Preitauer was the vice president of business development and sales operations for Senior and Retiree Services (now Secure Horizons). In this position, he played a key role in launching health plans for the Medicare market. Both of these companies are divisions of UnitedHealth Group. In addition, Mr. Preitauer has held senior-level positions at CIGNA Healthcare and Great West Healthcare. Mr. Preitauer also brings several years of consulting experience to 'Ohana.</p>
<p>Mr. Preitauer is a native of Kaua'i and an alumnus of Kapa'a High School. He received a bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada and has earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Pennsylvania State University.</p>]]>

<p>Dr. James Tan brings 32 years of medical experience and over 14 years of senior medical director experience to his role as the `Ohana senior medical director. In this position, Dr. Tan assumes responsibility for the performance of `Ohana's health services and pharmacy operations. He oversees all quality management, care management, health and wellness, and is responsible for network contracting strategy.&nbsp;</p>]]>
        <![CDATA[<p>Prior to joining `Ohana, Dr. Tan served in several senior and executive positions including senior vice president and national medical director for AMERIGROUP, senior vice president and medical director for New York-Presbyterian Community Health Plan, chief medical officer for Fidelis Care New York, vice president and managed care medical director for Glens Falls Hospital of New York as well as chief executive officer and medical director for Sierra Angeles Health Care Group. Previously, Dr. Tan served in several clinical and teaching positions, and he currently maintains a weekend clinical practice.</p>
<p>Dr. Tan received his Bachelor of Arts, Master of Public Health and Doctorate of Medicine degrees from Loma Linda University. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Redlands and is licensed to practice medicine in the states of Hawai`i, California, New York and South Carolina. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and American College of Physician Executives. In addition, for the past 14 years, Dr. Tan has been a physician surveyor for the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and serves on the Review Oversight Committee.</p>]]>

She was responsible for approximately 300 employees in Hawai`i, Guam and Saipan. Prior to that, she spent over ten years managing the Human Resources department for AT&amp;T Hawaii, which consisted of a 200-person telemarketing, distribution service and consumer sales operation. </p>
<p>Ms. Saiki is a lifetime resident of Hawai`i. She received a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Hawai`i at Manoa and a Master of Business Administration in Global Management from the University of Phoenix in Honolulu. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) at both state and national levels.</p>]]>

        <![CDATA[<p>Prior to joining `Ohana, Ms. Ching was the manager for Community Programs and Medical Social Services at Kaiser Permanente. While at Kaiser Permanente, she also served as a supervisor of medical social services and a medical social worker. These leadership roles were in hospital, long-term care and community-based settings. Through these positions, she has garnered experience in management of community programs and medical social services as well as dedication to recruiting and retaining skilled, passionate staff.</p>
<p>Ms. Ching is a lifetime resident of Hawai`i and an alumna of Moanalua High School. She received a bachelor's in psychology from the University of Hawai`i, West Oahu Campus and a master's with a social work health concentration from the University of Hawai`i at Manoa. She also earned a Master of Business Administration/Health Care Management degree from the University of Phoenix in Honolulu. Ms. Ching is affiliated with the American Case Management Association, the Hawai`i chapter of the National Association of Social Workers and the Society of Social Work Leadership in Healthcare. She has also been active in several community programs including the Hawai`i chapter of the Autism Society of America, the Developmental Disabilities Division of Hawai`i, the Special Olympics of Hawai`i and the Hawai`i Alliance of Non-Profit Organizations.</p>]]>

        <![CDATA[<p>A large portion of Ms. Chipchase's career has been spent in senior management positions for several Honolulu advertising agencies including Starr Seigle McCombs Advertising, Ogilvy &amp; Mather/Hawai`i, and The Schiller Group Limited of Honolulu. She also has extensive community relations experience through her work with the Hawaiian Humane Society, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Honolulu and the Hawai`i chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Through work and affiliations, Ms. Chipchase has built an extensive network of community relationships throughout the state of Hawai`i.</p>
<p>Ms. Chipchase is a lifetime resident of Hawai`i and alumna of Punahou School of Honolulu. She received her bachelor's degree from Hawai`i Pacific University and Master of Asian Studies from the University of Hawai`i at Manoa. Ms. Chipchase is certified in Volunteer Management and serves as the president of the Volunteer Resource Center of Hawai`i. She is also the president of the Palolo Lions Club of Honolulu which serves the Palolo Valley community.</p>

        <![CDATA[<p>Prior to joining `Ohana, Ms. Morriarty worked for WellCare Health Plans, Inc. as a director of Health Services and has been involved with the implementation of the 'Ohana care model since it was awarded by the State.&nbsp; While at WellCare, she was previously responsible for the creation of a state-wide outreach program for behavioral health during a transition from fee-for-service to managed care and facilitated multi-state network builds.&nbsp; She previously spent over a decade working in a large community mental health center in administration and has worked as a registered nurse in hospital, outpatient and home health settings.&nbsp; Prior to becoming a nurse, she worked as a counselor in a group home for persons with developmental disabilities/mental retardation.&nbsp; </p>
<p>Ms. Morriarty is a resident of Kea'au, Hawai`i. She received a bachelor's degree in human biology from the State University of New York, Albany and a registered nurse degree from Samaritan Hospital in Troy, New York.&nbsp; She also earned her Master of Public Health degree from the University of South Florida with a concentration in Health Care Management and Organizations. </p>]]>

<p>Dr. Mar brings 40 years of health care experience and more than 20 years of managerial experience to 'Ohana Health Plan.&nbsp; As director of clinical pharmacy, his responsibilities include formulary management, pharmacy network and medication management.</p>
<p>Prior to joining 'Ohana, Dr. Mar served in various clinical, teaching and managerial positions at Kaiser Permanente Hawaii; Intelligent Medicine, Inc.; CBS Electronic Medical Publishing; New York Hospital-Cornell University Medical Center; and Long Island University's College of Pharmacy. </p>
<p>Dr. Mar received his Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Pharmacy degrees from the University of the Pacific.&nbsp; He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University, and a post-doctoral fellowship certificate in medical informatics from the Stanford University School of Medicine&nbsp;and is licensed to practice pharmacy in Hawai'i.&nbsp; He is a member of the Hawaii Pharmacists Association and the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy.&nbsp; He has also been a Special Olympics Hawai'i coach for 10 years.</p>]]>

<p>In her current position, Ms. Lian-Segawa provides oversight of 'Ohana's quality management and quality improvement initiatives for the organization.&nbsp; The main goal of this&nbsp;functional area&nbsp;is to ensure that accreditation standards are met&nbsp;and clinical guidelines are established&nbsp;to ensure quality of care to our members.&nbsp;She&nbsp;has oversight of&nbsp;'Ohana's utilization management staff, and she most recently assumed oversight of 'Ohana's service coordination program, which includes&nbsp;more than&nbsp;50 clinicians who are deployed throughout Hawai'i. thie group performs health and functional assessments as well as establishes care plans for our members.</p>
<p>Prior to joining 'Ohana, Ms. Lian-Segawa had her own consulting business that assisted hospitals with joint commission accreditation.&nbsp;&nbsp; Prior to that, she&nbsp;served in various roles at several large Oahu hospitals and health plans as a patient safety officer, director of quality management, and director of utilization management. Ms. Lian-Segawa is also a licensed registered nurse.</p>]]>
